Desperate for answers to the missing holes in his memory, Jesse heads to the desert after the events in Salvation and takes some peyote. The answers he receives come from God himself, which may not be a good thing for Jesse Custer.

Jesse finally takes the peyote he got in the desert; many things are revealed unto him.
